How to reach us about an order, a size, or anything else.
Shipping
- Cost
- Free, anywhere in Morocco. No minimum order.
- Payment
- Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when it reaches you — nothing is taken online.
- Before it ships
- We call the number you left to confirm the order and the address. If we cannot reach you we will try again the next day.
- Outside Morocco
- Not yet. Chapter 1 ships within Morocco only.
- Chapter 1
- Live now. We call to confirm, then orders go out in the order they came in.
Returns & exchanges
- Window
- If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will sort it out.
- Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on.
- Wrong size
- We exchange sizes while stock lasts. There are only fifty pieces per size, so tell us quickly and we will hold one.
- Faulty or not as described
- Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. That is on us, always.
- How to start one
- Message us with your order reference — the CLS- code from your confirmation.
